Typical monthly updates include swapping out images, updating service descriptions, changing pricing, adding blog posts, and more. Not sure if a certain type of content is covered? Shoot us an email.
Yes, we maintain eCommerce websites at the same hourly rate as standard sites. Our support includes updating images and text, as well as managing product listings such as adding or removing products. However, we do not manage inventory or stock levels. Due to the complexity of some eCommerce platforms, certain requests may require additional time beyond your plan. We'll always notify you in advance if extra hours are needed.

The monthly maintenance plans include up to 3 hours of monthly service. Clients may choose to subscribe to the number of hours that meet their needs.
Time is automatically dedicated to security checks, performance optimization, and mobile responsiveness review. Remaining time is reserved for content updates like swapping images, changing text, uploading blog posts, or adjusting layouts.
