Yes, we maintain eCommerce websites at the same hourly rate as standard sites. Our support includes updating images and text, as well as managing product listings—such as adding or removing products. However, we do not manage inventory or stock levels. Due to the complexity of some eCommerce platforms, certain requests may require additional time beyond your plan. We'll always notify you in advance if extra hours are needed.

Maintenance plans operate on a use-it-or-lose-it model. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. However, we automatically allocate time to performance checks each month even when you don't request service, so you'll always get the best value. To help you maximize your plan, we’ll send a reminder near the end of each month encouraging you to submit any updates.
